The no-charge trial begins when your first shop is created and ends after 7 days or 50 confirmed bookings, whichever comes first.
02Which plans include POS and cashier operations?
Growth and Professional include POS. Starter supports core booking operations but does not include POS. Current staff and booking limits are shown in the plan cards above.
03What happens when the trial ends?
Operational access pauses until an annual paid plan is activated. Trial expiry does not delete the shop’s existing operational records.
04Can each employee have the right level of access?
Yes. Business owners can assign role-based access for shop managers, cashiers, washers and drivers so each person sees the tools permitted for their work.
05Can WashQ handle repeat, fleet and warranty work?
Yes. WashQ supports QR-assisted repeat check-in, fleet bookings and warranty records alongside regular retail bookings.
06Is pricing charged for each location?
Yes. Partner plans are annual, billed upfront and applied per shop location. Review the current plan card, taxes and payment terms before activation.
